From New Designs to a Broader Office Furniture System: What We Are Bringing to ORGATEC 2026

As ORGATEC 2026 gets closer, our preparations at Guangzhou Xusheng Furniture are moving into the final stage.
We will be at ORGATEC in Cologne from 27–30 October 2026, and over the past few months, our team has been working on the products and exhibition space we will bring to Germany.
This time, we are introducing a new group of office furniture developed with the European market in mind. The work has involved much more than preparing samples for a trade show. From the initial design and material selection to product testing, photography, packaging, and final inspection, we have been working through each stage step by step.
Now, the products have been packed and are waiting for container loading and sea shipment from our factory in Guangzhou to Germany.

Developing a New Product Direction for the European Market
One of the main focuses of this exhibition is a new product direction built around modern office environments.
The collection includes the AURA and MORI ranges, covering executive desks, meeting tables, discussion tables, workstations, mobile pedestals, and filing cabinets. We have also prepared a steel frame for the 5040 office desk.
These are newly designed products rather than simply updated versions of our existing furniture.
During development, we paid particular attention to the needs of European office spaces, including design, color coordination, material selection, modular development, and the way dealers can present and sell different products as part of a broader range.
Some of the new products use a soft-touch finish, giving the furniture a different surface feel while keeping the clean and contemporary appearance we were looking for.
We also see these products as the beginning of a wider product development plan. After the exhibition, we intend to continue expanding the ranges so that they can eventually cover more areas of the workplace, including Executive Office, Workstation, Meeting, Storage, and Reception.

Preparing the Exhibition as a Workplace, Not Just a Product Display
We have also been working on the booth design alongside the product development.
The planned space brings together four typical office environments:
Executive Office + Open Workspace + Meeting + Reception
The idea is to show how the furniture works within an office rather than presenting each item separately.
For us, this is a more useful way to introduce the new collection. Dealers can see how the desks, workstations, meeting furniture, and storage products relate to each other and how the range could be developed further for different projects.
The preparation has included booth design, product development and sampling, material and color confirmation, product testing, sample production, packaging design, product photography, catalog preparation, exhibition brochures, and final sample inspection.
There has been a lot of work behind what visitors will eventually see in Cologne.
The Products Are Ready for Shipment
The products have now completed the preparation and packing stage.
They are currently waiting for container loading before being shipped by sea from Guangzhou to Germany. Since the container has not yet been loaded, we do not have the final shipping details or arrival date at this stage.
For our team, this is an important step in the preparation. The development work that started with design and samples is now moving toward the exhibition itself.
Once everything arrives in Cologne and is set up, we will finally be able to see the new products in the environment they were designed for.

We Want to Meet Dealers from Germany and Across Europe
For Xusheng Furniture, the exhibition is also a chance to have direct conversations with the people who work in the market every day.
We look forward to welcoming office furniture dealers from Germany and neighboring European markets to our booth.
We want visitors to see the new products in person, look at the wider product range, and share their views on what is working in their local markets and what they are looking for from suppliers.
These conversations are important to us because product development does not stop when a new collection is launched. Feedback from dealers can help us understand different market requirements and decide how the ranges should develop in the future.
We will also be available to discuss OEM/ODM projects, distribution and procurement, project requirements, and potential long-term supply cooperation.
Our booth number will be announced once it is confirmed.
If you are planning to attend ORGATEC 2026 in Cologne from 27–30 October, we would be pleased to meet you and introduce what we have been working on.
We look forward to seeing you in Cologne.
