FAQ

Questions about quotes, customisation and shipping.

01Can freight to Australia be included in the quote?

Tell us the destination port or postcode and preferred Incoterm. We’ll show freight and any exclusions separately in the quote. Customs clearance, GST, duty and local delivery are included only if listed.

02Can you quote against a specific Australian Standard?

Send the exact AS/NZS number, test method or project specification. We’ll confirm whether an available report covers the selected product, model and sample before you place the order.

03Can sizes and colours be customised?

Depending on the product and order quantity, we can review custom dimensions, colours, finishes and branding. We’ll confirm feasibility, MOQ and any sample requirements in the quote.

04Can I review a sample or finish before a production order?

Tell us which product and finish you want to review. We’ll confirm sample availability, sample cost, preparation time and courier arrangements before you proceed.

05Can you support repeat dealer orders?

Send the products, expected quantities and preferred packing. We’ll confirm MOQ, available finishes and the information needed to keep repeat batches consistent.

06What should I send for the first quote?

Product links or a BOQ, approximate quantities, destination, preferred finish and target date are enough to start. A floor plan is useful for workstation projects but is not required for the first enquiry.
